1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pinpoint platform (the “Platform”) operated by Pinpoint App Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pinpoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Pinpoint provides a social automation and customer engagement platform that enables businesses to:

• Automate direct messages and comment responses
• Detect and classify sentiment across conversations
• Capture first-party customer data (email and phone number)
• Sync engagement data into ecommerce and marketing systems
• Trigger workflows based on engagement or behavioral signals
• Analyze and optimize customer conversion activity

The Platform operates only as a software tool controlled by the client.

Pinpoint does not operate social media accounts, send messages independently, or determine campaign targeting.
